Kiper added that at the meeting of the group, together with representatives of local governments, the security forces and the public, another questionable tender was considered. "In particular, the purchase of Spanish plane trees for 100 thousand, cocoa for almost half a million and sweets for 795 thousand. During this meeting, we managed to cancel tenders for more than 63 million hryvnias," he said, adding that the materials were collected and sent to law enforcement agencies. The working group included representatives of regional departments of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Prosecutor's Office and the National Police.
