According to Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, a total of eight people have been hospitalized so far.
"Among the victims of the occupants' attack on an apartment building is a 16-year-old boy who was hospitalized with shrapnel wounds, his condition is moderate. Doctors are providing all the necessary assistance," wrote Syniehubov.

According to the head of the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, Oleksandr Filchakov, Russians shelled the center of Kharkiv with S-300 missiles. A hotel was damaged and partially destroyed. One of the missiles also hit a residential building. A foreign journalist is among the wounded.
