There is no shortage of electricity in the power system, overhead lines and substation equipment in Kyiv, Dnipro and Kherson regions were damaged by enemy shelling. This was reported on Saturday by the Ministry of Energy, UNN writes.
There is no shortage of electricity in the power system. The power system is balanced. There are 2 TPP units and PSPP capacities in reserve. No blackout schedules are applied
As noted, two TPP units were out for emergency repairs during the day. One of them has already been returned to operation. Scheduled repairs are also underway to enhance the stability of the equipment.
Consequences of shelling
One of the 330 kV overhead lines in the Kyiv region was found to have broken and damaged wires after an enemy shelling. The line was taken out for emergency repairs.
A 150 kV overhead line connected to a thermal power plant and a 150 kV substation were disconnected in Dnipropetrovs'k region due to enemy shelling.
A 35 kV overhead line was disconnected in Kherson. As a result, there were disruptions in the operation of CHPPs. Also in Kherson region, the shelling damaged the equipment of a 150 kV substation.
Networks status
Due to erroneous actions of the personnel at the 330 kV substation in Dnipropetrovska oblast, equipment was disconnected. At the same time, another 150 kV substation, to which local industry is connected, lost power, and the SPP was disconnected. Soon, all consumers and the SPP were reconnected.
A 110 kV overhead line in Donetsk Oblast was cut off, which resulted in the disconnection of three 110 kV substations to which household consumers are connected. All consumers have been supplied with electricity.
Import and export
Electricity imports are planned in the amount of 13,859 MWh. No exports are planned.
