The High Anti-Corruption Court imposed a preventive measure preventive measure for Ihor Hladkovskyi, son of of former First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleh Hladkovskyi, in the case of embezzlement of 13 million hryvnias. This was reported by UNN reports with reference to the HACC.
The HACC investigating judge upheld the position of the SAPO prosecutor and imposed a preventive measure on one of the suspects in the case of the assignment of the State Concern "Ukrspecexport" (which is part of the state concern "Ukroboronprom") losses of almost UAH 13 million, namely a person whose close relative held a position in the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. The court granted the motion of the NABU detectives, approved by the SAPO prosecutor, and imposed a measure of restraint on the person in the form of detention
After Hladkovskyi's detention and delivery to the place of pre-trial investigation, the investigating judge will decide on the the application of this measure of restraint.

In October, it was reported of suspicion to Pavlo Bukin and Ihor, the son of former Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleh Hladkovskyi, were served with suspicion of in organizing and committing abuse of office, which caused damage to the state to the state in the amount of almost UAH 13 million.
Between August 2016 and February 2017, they ensured the conclusion and execution of the necessary agreements between Ukrspecexport and a company controlled by a close relative on the purchase of altimeters for aviation equipment for a total amount of UAH 14,377,249.99 UAH. At the same time, the difference between the market value of the goods and the contract price amounted to UAH 12,947,075.99.
