Under the procedural guidance of the Kharkiv and Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Offices of Kharkiv Region, pre-trial investigations into violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) have been launched.

According to investigators, the Russian military shelled the region around 15:50. They launched a missile attack on the village of Vysokyi in Kharkiv district. As a result, residential buildings were damaged there. A 71-year-old woman was injured.
The prosecutor's office noted that the enemy had previously attacked the settlement with an X-59 missile.
In addition, at about 14:20 today, the occupiers launched an air strike on the city of Kupyansk. As a result, two men were injured there. The racists' ironclad destroyed private homes and cars.
According to preliminary information from law enforcement, enemy troops dropped an air bomb on the city.
