According to him, almost all residential buildings in the capital that are serviced by utility organizations have been connected to heat.
He also noted that more than 96% of residential buildings in housing cooperatives, condominiums and departmental buildings are already connected to heat at the individual request of their managers. These buildings make their own decisions about the start of the heating season by sending relevant applications to heat supply companies.
