Nestor reported 16 hours ago that data traffic was being restored region by region 4G/LTE.
"Fixed internet is working all over the country. Voice is working across the country," Nestor wrote.
He noted that the company is still working on restoring SMS.
"It is important to understand that the attack was large-scale, telecom is a very complex system with a huge number of components and it may take time to fully stabilize everything (do not be surprised if a call fails somewhere or there is no connection in some location, etc.) If you still have no connection, especially if you used another SIM card or were in national roaming, it often helps to turn on automatic operator selection or set Kyivstar manually," Nestor said.

Earlier it was reported that Kyivstar subscribers have access to voice communication , but in some localities there are still short-term difficulties. The "Home Internet" service is also available. Mobile data services have been restored.
