Fugitive Yanukovych minister Oleksandr Klymenko is trying to regain his influence in Ukraine by using the sensitive topic of rehabilitation of Ukrainian veterans. Klymenko's people, who still remain in Ukraine, are currently doing everything possible to hand over the capital's Gulliver Business and Entertainment Complex to their curator, UNN writes.
Today, a petition was posted on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers with a request to nationalize the Gulliver business center and to place a rehabilitation center for military personnel there.
Well, at first glance, the initiative is good. However, the NGO "Union of Volunteer Soldiers" that registered this petition is subordinate to Klymenko. This is also confirmed by the fact that the head of this NGO, Yevhen Kuznetsov, is an active speaker on the website from the orbit of the former fugitive minister, Pravovyi Kontrol. Looking at his statements for this resource, even the naked eye can see that Kuznetsov is broadcasting Klymenko's narratives in Ukraine under the "cover" of a veteran activist.
Another thing that draws attention to this petition is its first signatories. As soon as the appeal appeared on the website, it was immediately signed by Ilyana Klymenko, Kateryna Nazymko and Kyrylo Dovgy. The rest is simple: Ilyana Klymenko is the editorial director of Vesti Media Holding, which belongs to the same former minister Klymenko; Kateryna Nazymko is the chief accountant of the Klymenko brothers; Kyrylo Dovhyi is the director of the same ex-minister's audit firm.
This has been sorted out. But what do Klymenko's people demand from the Cabinet of Ministers? They demand that (attention) "Mr. President" pay attention to the situation with Gulliver. Why he should see this on the Cabinet's website is still unclear.
Dozens of petitions are registered on the website of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers every day, but usually no one pays attention to them and they never collect the required number of signatures. However, the news about this particular petition instantly appeared on most well-known TV channels and on some online resources.
Despite the fact that the people of the traitorous ex-minister Klymenko used the sensitive topic of rehabilitation of veterans during Russia's large-scale invasion of Ukraine, the initiative was still not received with enthusiasm by Ukrainians. In the comments to the post, users note that making a rehabilitation center in a skyscraper in the center of Kyiv is like putting a marker for the enemy to hit.
