Road services have engaged more than 300 units of snow removal equipment and 70 crews - more than 500 employees - for manual cleaning. Utilities are working separately. The KCSA reported that the treatment of roads, bridges, descents and ascents with anti-icing agents, as well as snow removal is underway. The work involves 301 units of Kyivavtodor equipment.
In addition, 523 employees of Kyivavtodor's manual cleaning teams are clearing snow from public transport stops, narrow sidewalks, stairs, safety islands, and pedestrian crossings.
In the yards , 118 units of equipment of management companies and 3358 employees are involved. Green areas are cleaned by 744 employees and 65 units of equipment of "green building" companies.
The KCSA urged drivers not to park on the sides of streets and roads to avoid interfering with the work of special equipment. They also asked to be careful while driving. When approaching pedestrian crossings and places of children's institutions, reduce speed to a minimum.
