Odesa is looking for a contractor to pay for the overhaul of a multi-story building in Serhiivka, Odesa region, which suffered from a Russian attack last year. This became known from the electronic procurement system Prozorro, according to UNN.

The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special features. The customer was the Service for Infrastructure Restoration and Development in Odesa Oblast.
Two companies took part in the procurement: Interbud Construction Company Limited Liability Company and Disk - South Private Enterprise. The latter company agreed to work for UAH 73 million 550 thousand.
The decision on the winner of the tender is expected.
This is not the first time the tender for this repair has been held. The previous tender failed due to a lack of contractors.

Last year, Russians shelled Serhiivka, Odesa region. A multi-story building was damaged. Dozens of people were killed and injured. Many people were left homeless.
Over the course of the year, the situation with the restoration of Serhiivka has hardly moved forward.
The head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleh Kiper, was forced to intervene. Later he said that the activities of the previous contractor were being investigated by law enforcement, and that the State Agency for the Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine would be in charge of the reconstruction.
In January of this year, Mustafa Nayem was appointed head of the State Agency for the Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
