Details
According to the Russian Cheka-OGPU Telergam channel, Tkachenko was at war in Ukraine from 2022 to October 2024. On October 28, the Wagnerian "disappeared under strange circumstances.
He came to Karelia to visit a friend for a fishing trip. On the morning of October 28, he rented a boat with his friend and his 8-year-old son and went to Segozero. The boat allegedly capsized during a storm. The weaver's son managed to swim to the nearest island, where he was found by local residents. Later, the body of Tkachenko's friend was also found. The body of the Wagnerian war criminal was found only on November 3.
It is noted that Tkachenko was a member of the circle of people allowed to communicate personally with Prigozhin and performed "shadow tasks around the world" for him. On the orders of the Wagner leader, he was spying on the family of the aggressor country's Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov.
Tkachenko was detained while surveilling Lavrov's son-in-law. He was threatened with treason charges, which led him to testify against Pryhodzhyn and his head of security, Oleksandr Maloletko. The name of the Wagner leader was simply "thrown out" of the case, while his "right hand man" was brought to justice. After that, he promised to take revenge on Tkachenko.
