Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba reacted to Russia's massive missile attack on Ukraine, calling it a "barbaric attack" and urging partners to quickly provide air defense. He wrote about this on his page in X, UNN reports.
"This is the true face of Russia. This is Putin's real response to all peacekeeping missions and proposals. In Kyiv, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Sloviansk and Kramatorsk, Russians shot at civilians in broad daylight. As of now, there are at least 27 dead and more than 100 wounded in Ukraine. These numbers could still rise. This barbaric attack once again calls on the entire world, all leaders and countries to supply Ukraine with additional air defense systems and ammunition as soon as possible. He called on all countries and international organizations to strongly condemn today's attack, to take immediate steps to strengthen Ukraine's air defense capabilities, and to refuse any appeasement of the killers of children and other civilians.

According to rescuers, as of 15:30 , 20 people were killedand 61 others were injured in Kyiv. In particular, 2 people died on the territory of the Okhmatdyt children's hospital, and 10 others were injured. Four people were rescued, including 3 children.
