FC Poltava players who were on their way to the match against FC Kudrivka were detained on their way to the stadium by the military TCC and JV and taken to the recruitment center. The players were issued summonses and then released. This was reported by journalist Ihor Burbas on his YouTube channel, UNN reports.
Details
According to Burbas, last weekend, a bus with Poltava FC players heading to Horishni Plavni for a home game against Kudrivka was stopped by TCC and JV employees, after which the entire team was sent to the TCC.
According to the journalist, the players of the Poltava club were issued summonses, and the Poltava football player Denis Galenkov was detained because the register showed that he was wanted.
"Denis Galenkov was not in the application. As far as I know from my sources, he was just detained, and in the TCC he settled his affairs, as he was allegedly listed in the system as "wanted". That is why he has been absent from SC Poltava all this week, not training. Allegedly, now he should return to the training process," Burbas said.
The Gool_ua channel also reports that not only the players of the Poltava club received summonses, but also 2 players of the YukSA, who are players of the starting lineup.
