The Verkhovna Rada has adopted a major deregulation bill No. 7331 to simplify conditions for business during martial law, MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak said on Wednesday, UNN reports.

"The Rada has adopted a major deregulation bill No. 7331 to simplify the conditions for conducting economic activity during the martial law (state of emergency) in Ukraine. "The total number of votes in favor was 237," Zheleznyak wrote on Telegram.
According to him, the main provisions are as follows:
- Business entities will acquire the right to carry out certain types of economic activity during martial law on the basis of submitting a declaration on carrying out economic activity to the relevant licensing authorities, permitting authorities and ASCs without obtaining permits required by law.
- Such declarations will be valid during the period of martial law and until the end of the calendar year in which martial law is terminated or lifted, but not less than three months from the date of its termination or lifting. Already issued licenses shall be valid until the end of martial law, but not less than three months from the date of its termination or cancellation.
- Scheduled inspections of licensing authorities for compliance with the requirements of the licensing legislation are suspended for the period of martial law.
- In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers will determine the procedure for filing a declaration, the list of information to be included in the declaration, and the list of types of business activities that cannot be carried out by business entities on the basis of such a declaration.
