As of November 1, there were more than UAH 1.76 trillion worth of government bonds in circulation, with commercial banks holding the largest share, UNN reports, citing the press service of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

Issuance and placement of domestic government bonds at auctions: according to the government, from the beginning of 2024 to the present, the state budget has received UAH 497.8 billion in equivalent.
According to the Ministry of Finance, more than UAH 1.3 trillion in equivalent has already been raised during martial law.
In October 2024, the relevant ministry raised UAH 106.9 billion in equivalent:
- UAH 83.4 billion;
- USD 569 million.
Military bonds accounted for almost UAH 82.8 billion of the total volume of government bonds issued in October 2024.
Government bonds in circulation: as of the beginning of November, this amounted to UAH 1.76 trillion. The largest share is held by commercial banks (46.7%) and the NBU (38.5%).
Recall
Earlier, UNN reported that in July, businesses and citizens of Ukraine increased investments in government bonds by UAH 16 billion. The Ministry of Finance raised UAH 38 billion from the issue of domestic government bonds, of which UAH 35.5 billion were military bonds to finance the needs of the state.
