I am grateful to the World Bank for its extraordinary support. This year, Ukraine has received over USD 14 billion in financial resources mobilized by the Bank. The Bank has developed a number of important tools to attract financing to support the state budget of Ukraine and to restore the infrastructure destroyed by the Russian aggression
It is noted that today the volume of the World Bank's portfolio of existing projects is the largest for all the years of cooperation. In this context, the participants of the meeting discussed the status of implementation of recovery projects.

Arup Banerjee, World Bank Director for Eastern Europe, emphasized that the World Bank is interested in further supporting Ukraine and finding the necessary measures and conditions to attract funding from foreign partners through joint projects.
To recap,
the World Bank has approved a new INSPIRE projectfinanced by a $1.2 billion loan to provide funding for 29 types of social benefits to nearly 10 million Ukrainians affected by the consequences of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
