1.4 million weapons registered in Ukraine

According to the National Police, there are 1.4 million weapons in Ukraine, of which more than 750,000 are registered in the Unified Register. By the end of January, information about weapons will be available in the Diia app.
According to the National Police, there are currently 1.4 million weapons in Ukraine. This was stated by Deputy Interior Minister Leonid Tymchenko during a telethon, UNN reports.
"According to the National Police, the number of registered weapons is 1.4 million. The Unified Register of Weapons contains more than 750,000 of them," Tymchenko said.
He added that more than 50% of the weapons accounted for by the National Police are already in the records of the Unified Register of Weapons.

Earlier it was reportedthat by the end of January, the Diia app is expected to launch a feature that will allow Ukrainian citizens to see information about their weapons.
