In Cherkasy region, a man was poisoned by combustion products and lost consciousness during a natural fire, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported on Thursday, UNN reports.

Today, in the village of Boyarka, Zvenyhorod district, on a private land plot on Shevchenko Street, a fire of dry vegetation and wheat stubble occurred.
The fire on the area of 150 square meters was extinguished by local residents before the arrival of firefighters.
"As it became known, the man became ill during the fire and lost consciousness. Rescuers took the victim to an ambulance, where he was examined by doctors and hospitalized," the SES reported.
