As part of the Laptops for Ukraine initiative, Ukraine has received 4,950 digital devices, including tablets and e-books. These devices will be distributed among ten regions where students study in a blended and distance learning format. Most of the devices will be given to students from Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Donetsk regions, where knowledge is acquired exclusively online.
In addition, Amazon will donate another 700 devices as part of the Device Coalition.
Despite all the challenges, children have the right to a quality education. If it is not possible to study offline, schoolchildren should be provided with learning technology so that they do not borrow their parents' phones to attend classes. We are working hard and consistently with international partners and attracting all possible resources to give children the opportunity to study normally
