According to Ihnat, a lot depends on intelligence. When there is information about the movement of enemy installations, a preventive alert is announced "threat of ballistic missile use". The spokesman also noted that it is not yet known what kind of ballistic missiles were used last night. Experts are currently examining the wreckage of the downed missiles to determine their type.
