Last night in Dovgyntsi district, on 21st Brigade Street, an explosion occurred in an apartment on the 4th floor of a nine-story building, not related to hostilities. The cause of the explosion is under investigation. 7 people were injured, 2 of them were hospitalized, their condition is moderate
He said the fire was extinguished. "The ceilings between the 3rd and 4th, 4th and 5th floors of the building were destroyed. The rubble is still being cleared, there may still be victims under the rubble," Vilkul said.
According to him, all operational and utility services of the city are involved. At 6 a.m., a headquarters will be set up at school No. 128, where residents of the affected apartments can turn to, and construction materials will be distributed.
