Russia creates a strategic narrative that Ukraine is basically a "black market" and a supposedly unreliable partner. In this regard, Kiev should work as hard as possible, because the Russian Federation will continue to develop this narrative. This was announced by the head of the Department of countering information threats to national security of the Center for countering disinformation under the national security and Defense Council of Ukraine Anait Khoperia during the discussion of the study "black market of weapons", the correspondent reports UNN.

The Center analyzes the Russian disinformation campaign called "black market of weapons", which was discovered during the monitoring of the Russian and international information space.
The Center found that the main goal of this disinformation campaign is to consolidate among the world audience a stable narrative that "Ukraine sells the provided weapons" and is "the main factor of destabilization in all hot spots of the world".
during the study, The Center analyzed 10,862 messages in Ukrainian, Russian and other languages, in the time period from February 24, 2022 to October 16, 2023 inclusive.
