European Investment Bank has accumulated over 7.5 billion euros for Ukraine - Shmyhal

Ukraine's Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal says that the European Investment Bank (EIB) has attracted more than €7.5 billion for projects to rebuild Ukraine.

Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal discussed with the President of the European Investment Bank (EIB) Werner Hoyer, the President of the European Investment Bank (EIB), to discuss projects to restore Ukraine. According to Shmyhal, the EIB has already accumulated more than 7.5 billion euros for our country.   The prime minister wrote about this on his Telegram page, UNN reports.

Welcomed the opening of the EIB of the EIB's representative office in Eastern Europe with an office in Kyiv. We discussed existing and new recovery projects. We are looking forward to their implementation

According to him, the government is actively cooperating with the EIB in the areas of restoration of infrastructure, energy, and heat supply.

The Prime Minister thanked the President of the European Investment Bank  for financial assistance, including the creation of effective tools for post-war reconstruction .

The EIB was one of the first international financial organizations to provide March 2022, the EIB was one of the first international financial organizations to provide financial support to the state budget. In total, the European Investment Bank has accumulated more than €7.5 billion for our country. We highly we appreciate the EIB's active role in supporting Ukraine
