The overall goal of the fundraising is to raise UAH 220 million for FPV drones with ammunition for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 3,000 FPV drones with thermal imagers and 2,000 with daytime cameras will be purchased abroad and equipped with Ukrainian-made cumulative and high-explosive warheads.

Favbet has joined the second joint project "Operation Unity-2. New Year's Salute", launched by the fundraising platform UNITED24, the Army Competent Assistance Fund "Come Back Alive" and monobank to purchase 5000 FPV drones, reports UNN.

Favbet has pledged to raise UAH 10 million.  "This is the largest corporate contribution from the first donors. Thank you for your strong support! When you are plus, the enemies are minus! Let's arrange a real fireworks show for the occupiers," UNITED24 said in a statement.

"FPV drones have radically changed the course of hostilities. Our troops have an advantage in experience and skills in the use of these systems, but our enemy is not standing still either. That is why we did not hesitate to respond to the initiative of the presidential fundraising platform UNITED24 to purchase thermal imaging FPV drones. Helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine is an absolute priority for Ukrainian business today," said Andriy Matyukha, founder of Favbet and president of the Favbet Foundation.

The total goal of the fundraising is UAH 220 million for FPV drones with ammunition for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

3,000 FPV drones with thermal imagers and 2,000 with daytime cameras will be purchased abroad and equipped with Ukrainian-made cumulative and high-explosive warheads. The UAVs can cover a distance of 12 to 22 kilometers, depending on the weight of the ammunition. All of them will be sent to the hottest areas of the frontline.

"There will be no fireworks in Ukraine this New Year, but this does not mean that we will not arrange them for the occupiers. I am confident that millions of Ukrainians will be eager to join the second part of Operation Unity, and this fireworks display will be the only one we will enjoy this year. I am grateful to our partners for our unity," said Mykhailo Fedorov, Vice Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology of Ukraine, Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

As a reminder, Favbet also joined the first fundraising of Operation Unity for the purchase of 5000 FPV drones, donating UAH 10 million.
