According to the minister, the main priorities for the Energy Ministry are to restore the energy infrastructure destroyed by Russia and protect it from repeated attacks.

The head of the Ministry of Energy outlined the current situation in the energy system and the steps the government and the ministry are taking to stabilize the situation. According to him, the enemy continues to strike at the energy system facilities on a daily basis.

Galushchenko called on the heads of diplomatic missions to "actively promote the attraction of foreign investment in the restoration and development of energy infrastructure, as well as to join the monitoring of compliance with the sanctions imposed on the aggressor country.

The minister also reiterated that the safe operation of Zaporizhzhia NPP is possible only under the control of Ukraine.
