Andriy Yermak and Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto may meet in January to discuss bilateral issues and improve relations.
The Minister of Foreign Minister of Hungary Peter Szijjarto on his Facebook wrote about the importance of maintaining a constant dialogue after a telephone conversation with the head of the Ukrainian Presidential Administration Andriy Yermak, and also noted that the parties will meet in January 2024, UNN reports.
As we agreed a few weeks ago, today we had another phone conversation with Andriy Yermak, the Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine. Maintaining a high level of dialogue is important because it gives us hope that we can improve our relations, and we are interested in maintaining the best possible cooperation with all our neighbors.
Szijjártó also said that Hungary will not change its position on Russia's war in Ukraine - Hungary will insist on peace.
