The court of Sumy will consider a case of unauthorized occupation of land plots worth more than UAH 3.3 million.
The accused is an individual entrepreneur who, without proper registration of ownership, use or lease, installed a fence, sheds and built a garage on a land plot with a total area of 0.1310 hectares on Nyzhnokholodnohirska Street in Sumy to provide paid parking services.
Experts estimated the value of the land he seized at almost UAH 3.3 million.
The pre-trial investigation is carried out by the police under the procedural supervision of the prosecutor's office.
