As of the morning of August 23, more than 14,000 consumers in the center of Chernihiv were temporarily left without electricity, Chernihivoblenergo reports, UNN. 

 Dear consumers! In Chernihiv, several power lines have been disconnected in an emergency. 14046 subscribers in the city center are without power supply

Chernihivoblenergo said they are doing everything to restore power supply as soon as possible.
