The enemy is cynical, cruel and ruthless. It does not respect the norms of international humanitarian law. The Geneva Conventions are meaningless pieces of paper for him

According to him, such executions are not an isolated case that has shocked not only the entire Ukrainian society, but also the international community.

Simply "being concerned" in such cases is not enough and is ineffective! The world must do everything possible to ensure that war criminals at all levels are held accountable!

- Lubinets says.
