Due to the Russian attack, several settlements in Kirovohrad region are experiencing emergency power outages, including part of the city of Kropyvnytskyi, and an outbuilding in the region was damaged.
In Kirovohrad region, as a result of an attack by Russian troops , a schedule of emergency power outages is introduced in a number of communities, and in Kropyvnytskyi, the outskirts of the city are affected. An outbuilding in the region was damaged as a result of an enemy attack. This was reported on Friday by the head of Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration Andriy Raykovych, UNN reports.
The energy sector is forced to introduce a schedule of emergency power outages to maintain the balance in Ukraine's energy system. Every 2 hours, half of the residential customers in certain territorial communities of the region will be cut off. In the regional center, the outskirts of the city will be cut off. There are no plans to disconnect critical infrastructure facilities
