Kuleba: All political decisions on transfer of F-16 to Ukraine have been made

Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba confirmed that all political decisions on the transfer of US F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine have been made. The only remaining issues are technical preparation, training of Ukrainian pilots and technicians, and infrastructure development.
