Law enforcement officers have inspected the flooded subway tunnel and are studying construction and operational documentation.
The day before, law enforcement officers and forensic experts inspected the flooded subway tunnel between Demiivska and Lybidska metro stations. This was reported by UNN reports with reference to the Prosecutor General's Office.

Under the procedural guidance of the Podil District Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv a thorough investigation of the circumstances in the criminal proceedings is being conducted, initiated on the fact of official negligence in connection with the occurrence of an emergency situation that led to a leak, water leakage and sand entering the Kyiv subway tunnel on the Obolonsko Teremkivska subway line
Reportedly, during the inspection of the subway, experts measured cracks in the tunnel and vaults in the tunnel structures.
They claim that it is necessary to analyze in detail design, construction, executive and other documentation and geodesy with laboratory tests of water and soil.
