Lithuania hands over anti-drone systems to Ukraine

On March 22, Lithuania handed over anti-drone systems to Ukraine. The country continues to provide uninterrupted military support, including weapons, ammunition, drones, counter-drone equipment, training, and equipment repair.

On March 22, Ukraine received anti-drone systems from Lithuania. This was reported by the Lithuanian Ministry of Defense, UNN reports. 

Lithuania continues to provide uninterrupted military support to Ukraine. On March 22, the anti-drone systems transferred by Lithuania reached the country

- the Lithuanian Defense Ministry said in a statement.

It is noted that Lithuania provides uninterrupted military support to Ukraine - a variety of weapons, ammunition, drones, anti-drones, training of soldiers, repair of heavy equipment and all other support provided in accordance with the needs of Ukraine. 

The Lithuanian Defense Ministry also indicated that their country has already developed a plan for long-term support for Ukraine.  For 2024-2026, 200 million euros of military aid to Kyiv is planned. 

Lithuania allocates 35 million euros for the purchase of ammunition for Ukraine under the Czech initiative.
