National University of Defense did not apply to Porsche Ukraine for a car – Center StratCom

The National Defense University has denied a widely circulated "letter" claiming that the institution had asked Porsche Ukraine to purchase an AUDI A8 as fake, which was confirmed by both the university itself and the findings of the StopFake project.

A scan of the by the Russian media, a scan of the "appeal" of the National Defense University (NDU) to the to the Porsche Ukraine car dealership regarding the AUDI A8 Long is a lie, as stated by representatives of the of the university, and also confirms the conclusion of the StopFake project, which who found a number of errors. This was reported by UNN with reference to the press service of the NGO, as well as Telegram of the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security.

  Lies: The National University of Defense of Ukraine applied to the Porsche Ukraine car dealership to alienate an AUDI A8 Long (made in 2022) to equip the A2250 military unit. This was reported by Russian media, allegedly publishing a scan of the appeal. 
The truth: representatives of the university called this appeal a fake and denied the existence of such a letter

Also, according to to the conclusion of the StopFake project, certain errors indicate the fake nature of the "document" errors: no signature, seal, date, any source data.

It is indicated that the alienation of of property is allowed only as an exception - by prior decision of specific persons, always on a paid basis and with clear documentation.

As a reminder, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine of Defense of Ukraine informed that it had appealed to law enforcement agencies due to an attempt to disrupt the procurement of food for the Armed Forces by companies on the Prozorro platform.
