In Lviv region, a new order has been issued authorizing employees of the TCC and JV to check the identity cards and military registration documents of all persons liable for military service in the region.

In Lviv and the region, all persons liable for military service must have identification documents and military registration documents - employees of the Lviv Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support were authorized to carry out checks. This is reported by UNN with reference to the order of the Lviv regional military administration.

To oblige citizens of Ukraine aged 18-60 years old who are liable for military service in the territory of Lviv region to carry and provide, upon request, documents for inspection by authorized persons of the Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support, identity documents and military registration documents

According to the order, representatives of territorial centers for recruitment and social support are authorized to check all residents of the region for the following documents identity documents (passport); documents of residence, military ID or temporary certificate of a person liable for military service.

The provisions are intended to help "in the implementation of mobilization measures on the territory of Lviv region for the the period of the legal regime of martial law" and will be in force until the until the martial law is lifted or until a separate order is issued.

As a reminder,

the Verkhovna Rada plans to amend the law on mobilization, military registration and military service. and military service. In particular, it is planned to cancel the deferment for students who are pursuing second or third higher education.
