russian shelling damaged the energy infrastructure, residential buildings and outbuildings in the village of Peremoha, Sumy region, temporarily cutting off electricity, gas and water supply.

After 13:00, the occupants shelled the village of Peremoha in Sumy region with three high-explosive aircraft bombs. The shelling damaged an energy infrastructure facility, private houses and outbuildings. This was reported by Bilopil Mayor Yuriy Zarko, UNN reports with reference to Suspilne.

The shelling was very heavy. As a result, houses, cars, garages and energy infrastructure were damaged. The village is temporarily without electricity, gas and water. Miraculously, people were not injured

 ," Zarko said.

The village of Peremoha is located 15 kilometers from the border with russia.

Oleksiy Chernyshev, Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine, reported that as a result of this morning's russian attack on the energy infrastructure, Naftogaz Group facilities in the west were damaged.

Chernyshov later clarified  that there had been a hit to the above-ground infrastructure of one of the underground gas storage facilities of Ukrtransgaz, the Ukrainian gas storage operator, and that technological equipment had been damaged. There are no critical consequences for the operation of the UGS facilities. The attack will not affect the supply of natural gas to Ukrainian consumers.
