Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed 48 pieces of military equipment in the Tavriya sector over the past day. In particular, 4 tanks, 22 UAVs and 1 unit of special equipment were destroyed.
Over the past day, Russians fired over a thousand artillery rounds at Ukrainian positions in the Tauride sector. This was reported by Brigadier General Oleksandr Tarnavsky, commander of the Tavria operational and strategic group of troops, UNN reports.

According to him, the enemy has significantly increased its activity.
In the Tauride direction, it carried out 17 air strikes, 4 missile strikes, 56 combat engagements and 1006 artillery shellings
He emphasized that Ukrainian defenders are steadfastly holding the line in the Avdiivka sector.

The commander of the Tavria operational and strategic group of troops said that 48 pieces of military equipment were destroyed over the past day. In particular, 4 tanks, 7 armored personnel carriers, 4 artillery systems, 22 UAVs, 9 cars, 1 unit of special equipment and 1 other important enemy object. Another 33 units of enemy equipment were damaged.
At the same time, according to him, the offensive operation on the Melitopol direction continues.
