The representative of the Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Pletenchuk said that Russia has limited mooring capabilities
Russia has a very limited mooring front. Russians can't change their ship bases all the time. This was announced by the press secretary of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Dmitry Pletenchuk on the air of the telethon on Thursday, the correspondent reports UNN.
in fact, there is nothing to change, that is their problem. The mooring front is limited, and they encountered this when they relocated ships to Novorossiysk. Therefore, to say that they can choose one port today, tomorrow - the second, the day after tomorrow - the third - no. This is not how it works, there is logistics support and appropriate infrastructure. They are tied exactly to the berths where they are based, in addition, a defense system is built there. Therefore, they will remain in the ports where they are located, despite the bad weather.
president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky statedthat the expulsion of the Russian Navy from the Black Sea is one of the greatest successes of Ukraine after February 24. Thanks to this, Ukraine was able to launch alternative sea routes and transport almost 6 million tons of cargo to countries on three continents.
