Russia says that 8 drones attacked targets in the Smolensk and Lipetsk regions, causing fires at fuel and energy facilities, no casualties reported.

TheRussian Ministry of Defense announced the downing of 8 drones over the territories of a number of regions, the attack was confirmed by the governor of the Lipetsk region, while the head of the Smolensk region confirmed the fires at fuel and energy facilities, UNN reports with reference to Telegram pages of Russian agencies.

The Ministry of Defense of the occupying country announced the alleged destruction and interception of 8 drones:

three over the territory of Kursk Oblast; two over the territory of Belgorod Oblast; two over the territory of Voronezh Oblast and one over the territory of Smolensk Oblast

Also, the governor of the Smolensk region, Vasily Anokhin, reported that fuel and energy facilities were on fire.
