Russian troops attacked more than 20 settlements in the Kharkiv region, destroying private homes.
Kupyansk and four districts of Kharkiv region were under attack by Russian troops over the past day, private houses were destroyed, said Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, UNN reported.

According to the head of the RMA, more than 20 settlements in Kharkiv region came under enemy artillery and mortar fire, including: Veterinary in Kharkiv district; Vovchansk, Mala Vovcha, Budarky, Zemlianky in Chuhuiv district; Udy in Bohodukhiv district; Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Berestove, Topoly in Kupyansk district. Sinkivka of Kupyansk district was hit by air strikes.
"At 12:27, the enemy struck the city of Kupyansk," Syniehubov said on Telegram.
At about 13:00, he said, the occupants shelled the village of Kindrashivka, Kupyansk district. A private house was destroyed. There are no casualties.
At 15:20, the village of Lyptsi, Kharkiv district, was reportedly shelled by the enemy. Three private houses were damaged.
At 16:20, the enemy shelled the village of Velykyi Burluk, Kupyansk district, Syniehubov noted.
"Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 16 enemy attacks near Syinkivka in Kupyansk district," said the head of the RMA.
