The state has invested over UAH 7.3 billion in business development through the eRobota program, providing nearly 15,000 entrepreneurs with financial support to start or grow their businesses since its launch in July 2022.

Under the eRobota program, nearly 15,000 entrepreneurs have received financial support to start or grow their businesses. Since the launch of the project, the state has invested UAH 7.3 billion in entrepreneurial activities through grants.

This was reported by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, according to UNN.

The state has invested more than UAH 7.3 billion in the development of small and medium-sized businesses through the eRobota grant program, which we launched in the summer of 2022. To date, almost 15,000 entrepreneurs in all regions of the country have received grants. These are thousands of new companies and existing enterprises that are strengthening their production potential, increasing their volumes, and creating new jobs. They are working and developing despite the war, the constant threat of shelling, blackouts, and destroyed supply chains

- said Yulia Svyrydenko, First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Economy of Ukraine.

In total, since the launch of the eRobota project in July 2022:

  • under the program "Own Business" - 13,618 microgrants for UAH 3.2 billion were issued;
  • for the development of processing enterprises - 635 grants for UAH 3.2 billion were issued;
  • for horticulture and greenhouse development - 177 grants for UAH 778 million were issued;
  • Veterans and their families - 335 grants for UAH 144 million were issued.

Both new and existing entrepreneurs can apply for grants through the Diia portal, attaching their business plan to the application.

One of the key requirements for receiving a grant is the creation of new jobs - from one to two for microgrants, and up to several dozen for larger amounts under other programs.

The grant funds are considered to be returned to the state through the payment of taxes and fees from the company's activities within three years.
