European leaders congratulated President Zelenskyy on the start of EU accession negotiations.
A number of European leaders have already congratulated President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy on his historic decision to start negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the EU, UNN reports.
The Head of State held a series of phone conversations with the leaders of France, Lithuania, Spain, and Germany.
