The Ministry of Justice officially recognizes Kyiv's actions as raiding: following a complaint from the head of KOVA, a section of the highway appropriated by the capital was returned to Kyiv
The Ministry of Justice, following a complaint from the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Ruslan Kravchenko, canceled the decision of the state registrar of the Kyiv City State Administration and returned the section of the P-30 highway to the community of Kotsyubynske, UNN reports .

This is the highway from Novobilychi to Irpin. Specifically, the 5.5 kilometer section that runs near Kyiv.
In fact, this proximity apparently became the basis for the state registrar of the Department of Land Resources of the Kyiv City State Administration to register the ownership of the land under the road to Kyiv.
The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Ruslan Kravchenko, reacting to such actions, filed a complaint with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, asking to cancel the decision on state registration of the land and to check the legality of the state registrar's actions.
The head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration motivated his position by the fact that part of the land plots of the P-30 road is located on the territory subordinated to Kotsiubynskyi.
At the same time, the boundaries of Kyiv and Kotsiubynske have not yet been finalized and registered with the State Geocadastre.
These issues are being considered in courts, so the state registrar had no right to register land ownership for the Kyiv community.
"Decisions on state registration of ownership of land plots of the P-30 road for the Kyiv City State Administration were made in spite of and in the absence of relevant court decisions on the delimitation of disputed territories. The establishment or change of the boundaries of administrative-territorial units or communities is carried out exclusively by land management projects, which are subject to approval by the authorized bodies in accordance with the procedure established by law," Kravchenko said.
The arguments of the head of the DMA proved convincing. The Ministry of Justice, in its order, recognized that the decision to register the ownership of the land was made by the state registrar of the KCSA with violations and ordered to cancel it.
The Office for Combating Raiding will execute the order of the Ministry of Justice.
