Ukraine has found seven Patriot air defense systems  that could be transferred by partners. Germany is sending one of them, negotiations are underway on four more, and two more are in Ukraine's "field of vision." This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba in an interview with The Guardian, UNN reports

According to Kuleba, Ukraine has identified seven Patriot air defense systems that it could use to protect civilians in large cities outside Kyiv. One of them is being transferred by Germany, negotiations are underway for four more, and two more are in Ukraine's field of vision.

Kuleba added that the eighth system could be delivered from the United States. "I think the US army probably has one backup," he said.

Negotiations to get them were difficult because "the countries that operate these Patriots are bargaining for compensation," Kuleba said, but added:

I have no doubt, given the progress we are making, that the Patriot will be delivered, and we have to give Germany credit for taking the first step.

According to him, cities such as Kharkiv, which has been repeatedly attacked by enemy forces this year, can "live in peace and continue industrial production" if only Ukraine's allies take a tougher approach to assisting Ukraine.

According to media reports, Greece and Spain are considering supplying Patriot, while Poland and Romania also have batteries.
