Ukrainian drivers organized a protest in Poland, blocking roads and causing traffic jams in Medca in response to previous protests by Polish drivers. The protests remained peaceful and focused on retaliatory actions against Polish drivers who blocked Ukrainian trucks.

On Tuesday, November 28, in Poland, drivers from Ukraine organized a protest by blocking roads. This led to the formation of large traffic jams at the entrance to the border town of Medyka. This was reported by the media outlet RMF FM, reports UNN.

The drivers' protest was a response to the protests of Polish drivers.

One of the protests took place at the Lech Kaczynski roundabout in Przemyśl, which is located on the eastern outskirts of the city. A group of about 30 protesters periodically blocked pedestrian crossings, stopping traffic.

Similar actions were taken by drivers during the protest in Medyka, driving on the same national highway. In particular , state road No. 28, which leads to the border crossing in Medyka, was also blocked.

It is noted that the protests were held in a peaceful atmosphere, and their initiators did not hide the fact that they were a response to the fact that Polish drivers blocking the passage of Ukrainian trucks.

A protest action continues on the Polish-Ukrainian border of Polish carriers. They demand, among other things: the introduction of commercial commercial permits for Ukrainian companies to transport goods, with the exception of humanitarian aid and goods for the Ukrainian army, suspension of licenses for companies that were established after the start of the war in Ukraine, and conducting their inspections.

There is also a demand to to eliminate the so-called electronic queue system on the Ukrainian side.
