From the Republic of South Africa, the ship is heading first to the Polish Antarctic station "Arttowski" on King George Island, and then to the Ukrainian Akademik Vernadsky station on Galindez Island to to deliver polar exploration teams and cargo.
The seasonal expedition is traveling to Vernadsky to complete the modernization of the station, which began before the full-scale war. They need to replace water supply systems, reconstruct the pier, etc.
