Ukraine's Defense Minister Umerov said that although full demobilization will take place only after the war, a system of partial retirement for long-serving military personnel is being developed.

The Russian aggressor continues its actions against Ukraine, so the term demobilization will be used only after the war is over. But the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has found a solution that will allow to partially discharge the military.
In an interview with "Defense Minister Rustem Umerov told Suspilne TV channel, UNN reports.

We can use the word demobilization only after the war is over. Since the enemy continues to fight, we have found solutions that will allow people to partially retire. (...) We are working on this - legally, legislatively, and technically - we understand and want to get an answer for those who have been in the fields for two years. We will provide this right.
