Addendum

Recall

In October  of last year, UN peacekeepers left the strategic camp in the city of Kidal in northern Mali.

Representatives of the UN peacekeeping force claimed that they had to destroy or decommission equipment such as vehicles, ammunition and generators that they could not export in accordance with UN rules because the Malian authorities blocked 200 trucks and imposed restrictions on movement.
