Starting from January 1, 2024, the minimum social contribution in Ukraine will be at least 22% of the minimum wage (UAH 7100), which amounts to UAH 1562 for a full insurance month.

The Pension Fund has announced what the minimum amount of the single social contribution should be from January 1, 2024, so that one full month of insurance experience is included in the insurance period, UNN reports.

The report states that in order for one full month to be included in the insurance period, the minimum amount of the unified social contribution must be at least 22% of the minimum wage.

In other words, given that the minimum wage will be UAH 7100 from January 1, 2024, the unified social tax will have to be paid in the amount of at least UAH 1562.

The Government of Ukraine forecasts that the average monthly nominal wage will increase from UAH 21,809 in 2024 to UAH 30,260 in 2026, with annual growth rates of 8.5% to 9.1%.
