Ukrainian President Zelenskiy says the war with Russia has entered a new phase
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in an interview that the war with Russia is at a new stage and that winter is expected to complicate the fighting after the summer counteroffensive, AP reports, UNN writes.
